INTRODUCTION The Department of History at the University of Connecticut welcomes applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in U.S History at the Stamford campus. Strong preference will be given to candidates with research and teaching interests in Environmental History, Labor History, and/or History of Capitalism. We also welcome candidates with experience in Digital History. The successful candidate will teach 4 courses per year at the Stamford campus, including both halves of the US history survey and advanced undergraduate courses in their area of interest.
